Shohin Chinese Elm bonsai tree in a 6″ unglazed rectangle.
Chinese elm are tiny leafed, deciduous, bonsai. They display rough gray bark and tiny, deep green to reddish leaves with dense ramification.
Chinese elm prefer moderate to full sun, moderate fertilizer and moderate amounts of water. Water when soil is dry on top.
Potted in shohin bonsai soil in a 6″ unglazed Yixing rectangle pot
Tree is ~ 12″ tall approximately 10 years old, in training for 3 years.
