Shimpaku Juniper are slow growing, traditional bonsai species.  They display dark green, needle-like foliage with a tight growing habit.
Shimpaku enjoys full sun, moderate fertilizer and moderate amounts of water.  Water when soil is dry on top.
Potted in bonsai mix in a 4″ glazed speckled Japanese round
